Additional Information

In an effort to promote Sportsmanship, Scholarship and Athletic Excellence, the Belleville Athletic Department is proud to release the Student/Parent Handbook to our Athletes and their Parents/Guardians. The Athletic Department Handbook is a compilation of policies and procedures that govern our athletes throughout their participation in interscholastic athletics. Please review the entire handbook and be sure to return the Agreement portion to your respective team’s coach before the start of the each season.  On the main page of this site you will also find the "online registration" button.  This button will lead you to the online registration process for Belleville Athletics.  By law, the actual physical itself is still paper-based.  That physical can be found below and on the Athletic Trainer's page.  If the student-athlete has not had a physical within 365 days they are to do the full physical process.  If they have they are to do the "re-up" form.  Additionally, please be advised that ImPACT concussion testing dates are regularly conducted at Belleville High School in Room 209.  Whether or not the student-athlete has had a concussion test done before, they are required to do this as part of their physical process with Belleville High School every two years.
